Sleep Therapy

This blend has been very effective in helping to quiet the mind and fall asleep. In these busy times, one of the biggest challenges, after working all day, or into the night on the computer, or dealing with stressful situation is to quiet the mind. This blend of essential oils, once inhaled through the nose, goes right into the olfactory bulb to the hypothalamus — which is where the neuropeptides are generated, often mirroring emotions.
